Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing any products or services from AI Sports Media, LLC ("AI Sports Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All services are subject to availability and event participation. AI Sports Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Orders may be placed through our website marketplace, Jotform intake forms, or directly with a representative. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by AI Sports Media. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. Please retain this confirmation as proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at info@aisportdmedia.com.
Refunds for live stream access are available only if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Once a promo code has been issued and activated, no refund will be provided. If technical issues on our end prevent access to the stream, we will issue a credit toward a future purchase.
Refunds are not available once game footage has been captured and delivered. If a game you paid for was not captured due to an error on our part, we will provide a full refund or credit. No refund will be issued for poor game performance, weather delays, or game cancellations outside our control.
Refunds are not available once production has commenced. A refund may be requested prior to production start by contacting us within 48 hours of purchase. Once the completed reel has been delivered, no refund will be issued. Reasonable revision requests (up to 2) will be accommodated at no charge.
A 50% non-refundable deposit applies upon order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed film. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled filming date will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of filming are non-refundable. Once the final film is delivered and approved, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are not available once the team has been set up on our platform and data collection has begun. If the event is cancelled before any games are played, a full refund will be issued.
All deliverables (game copies, highlight reels, hype films, access codes) are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout. AI Sports Media is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by event delays, volume, or circumstances outside our control. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee — contact us for availability.
Video files are delivered in MP4 format (H.264/H.265) unless otherwise agreed. Files are provided via download link or cloud storage. Download links expire after 30 days — please download your files promptly.
By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages from AI Sports Media:
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month for promotional content, and additional transactional messages related to your orders and events.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AI Sports Media is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
You may opt out of SMS marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will continue to receive transactional messages (order confirmations, delivery notifications) unless you also request removal from all communications.
You may also opt out by emailing info@aisportdmedia.com with "SMS Opt Out" in the subject line, including your mobile number.

SMS services are available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
By providing your email address to AI Sports Media — whether through a purchase, form submission, event registration, or direct contact — you consent to receive email communications from us. For marketing emails, we will obtain your express consent where required by law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@aisportdmedia.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Opt-out requests for marketing emails will be processed within 10 business days. You may continue to receive transactional emails after opting out of marketing.
AI Sports Media complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. All marketing emails will clearly identify AI Sports Media as the sender, include our physical mailing address, and provide a clear mechanism to opt out of future marketing communications.
We use third-party email service providers (such as Klaviyo) to send and manage email communications. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes.
All content produced by AI Sports Media — including but not limited to videos, highlight reels, cinematic films, graphics, website content, and platform design — is the intellectual property of AI Sports Media, LLC and is protected by US copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the delivered content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing on personal social media accounts and sending to family, coaches, and college recruiters.
By submitting player information, photos, or other materials to AI Sports Media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may also use anonymized or watermarked samples of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

AI Sports Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these conditions, without refund.
We collect personal information you provide when placing orders or contacting us, including name, email address, phone number, player information, and payment details. Payment card data is processed securely through our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, email platforms, cloud storage) solely to fulfill our services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Our services involve youth athletes. We handle information about minors with heightened care and only use it to fulfill the specific services ordered by a parent or guardian. We do not market directly to minors.
We retain customer data for as long as necessary to fulfill services and comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@aisportdmedia.com.
AI Sports Media operates at live sporting events. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect service delivery, including but not limited to: event cancellations, venue restrictions, power outages, extreme weather, technical failures of third-party platforms, or acts of God.
Video quality depends on venue lighting, camera positioning, and on-court action. We make every effort to capture the best quality footage available given venue conditions. We do not guarantee that every play involving your player will be captured in every game.
Our streaming and stats platforms are provided through third-party providers (OnlySports.Live, TurboStats). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for third-party platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Sports Media's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall AI Sports Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sports Media, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact AI Sports Media at info@aisportdmedia.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New Jersey in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the applicable jurisdictional limits.
AI Sports Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
